Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and/or exchanges only be accepted for Regular Priced items, for if the item has a defect or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us with the pictures of the defect to themelroselabel@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, not wore out or washed. Defects define: - Broken Zipper/buttons - Tore fabric or unfinished stitches - Colour stains (from orginal packaging) Regrets no Exchange/Refund for Sale Items.
